Tatworth & Forton is a small rural parish that lies near both the Devon and Dorset Borders and the Axe Valley. It is about 12 miles from the Jurassic Coast and surrounded by beautiful countryside.
It is a rural area so whilst there are plenty of places nearby a lot are best accessed by car. Busses run from the bottom of the hill but it is a rural service so it is best to plan ahead. Taxis are available from Pinewood Cars, Woods (24 hour availability) and Gems. It is always best to book in advance as we are in a rural area and there aren’t quite so many as in the cities.
