Covid19 Secure

In order to make sure that you stay safe during your stay we have made a number of changes to how we operate in order to be Covid19 secure.

Checking In

Contactless Check In

Before you arrive you will be asked to check in using our online booking system.

On your arrival day you will be sent your room details and an access code for the key box. Once you are in just drop us a text to let us know you are here.

Food & Drink


The breakfast lounge is open for guests between 8-9.30am. You may be asked to book a slot in advance depending on availability so that we can ensure there is plenty of space for social distancing.

Alternatively we will continue to offer breakfast as room service throughout the summer free of charge. For room/patio service your order needs to be with us by 10pm the night before. It will then be brought to you at your chosen time.

Evening Meals

Pre-ordered evening meals are also available for guests. These must be pre-ordered by 10am. They can then be served at your chosen time either in the breakfast lounge, as room service or on the patio.

Drinks Menu

A drinks menu offering both soft drinks and alcohol is also available for rooms service throughout your stay and in the lounge when you have ordered an evening meal.

House Keeping

Cleaning Supplies - Changes to our housekeeping practices and enhanced cleaning measures are in place to help keep you safe

For guests staying up to 3 nights we will not be offering daily housekeeping. Refills of tea and coffee etc will be available on request. Disinfectant wipes will provided in the room and we will of course be on hand if there is anything you need.

For guests staying more than 3 nights we will discuss housekeeping needs on an individual basis.


Visitors to the site are prohibited without prior agreement.

We will do our best to ensure that we can welcome guests visitors but to protect all of our guests we need to ensure we have contact details of all individuals on site and we need to make sure that they can visit safely and social distancing can be maintained.

Social Distancing

We have made efforts to minimise contact as much as possible. And, as we have a large site we feel it is possible to maintain 2m social distancing in most circumstances. We ask guests and visitors to respect this whilst they are with us.

There will be signage throughout the site to remind guests of government guidelines on social distancing and hand washing rules.

Covid Symptoms

What to do if you develop Covid19 - Stay Home

If you develop symptoms, have been in contact with someone with symptoms or have been told to self isolate for any other reason you will not be able to stay. If you let us know more than 48hours before you will recieve a full refund, within the 48 hour period we will issue a voucher for the deposit paid.

If you develop symptoms whilst you are here you should notify us as soon as possible and (as per government guidelines) return home to self isolate.

Wash Hands

Please continue to practice frequent hand washing for at least 20 seconds (with soap and hot water) throughout your stay. Hand sanitiser is also available.

Rule of 6


As of the 17th May 2021 groups of up to 6 people or 2 households may socialise together indoors and up to 30 may socialise outside.

If you are travelling with others please let us know so we can make sure there is enough space for you to sit together and socialise in a way that is safe for all guests. Visitors are not permitted on site without prior agreement (see above).


Masks must be worn when entering and using the breakfast lounge. They are not required in the outside areas of the property and it is up to you if you wear them outside.

Staff will be wearing face coverings for meeting you and bringing around breakfast etc. If this causes you any difficulty please let us know and we will do all we can to make adjustments.

We are a family run business and we do live on site so we will always be around to say hello (from a safe distance), help and answer questions both before and during your stay. You are welcome to call, email or message us (we are on Facebook messenger, instagram messenger and whatsapp) both before and during your stay.
