In order to make sure that you stay safe during your stay we have made a number of changes to how we operate in order to be Covid19 secure.
Step 2 Re-opening Update (April 2021)
As our rooms are separate from the main building with their own entrance and no shared corridors or facilities we are able to open up for guests as of the 12th April as part of the Government Step 2 Re-opening.
Dining Options: Bookings between the 12th April – 17th May will be offered on a room only basis. We hope to offer breakfast & pre-booked evening meals on the patio, and takeaway/room service as option extras but we are awaiting further guidelines to confirm that this is permitted. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities (for full room descriptions click here) and information on local takeaways and places to eat can be found on our local information page.
Before you arrive we will take all details and any payments required to reduce any check in paperwork.
At your chosen check in time we will unlock the room ready with the key in the door. When you arrive we will then meet you outside and walk you round to your room maintaining physical distance.
Food & Drink
Breakfast must be pre-ordered the night before and will be served as room service.
Evening Meals are also available for guests to pre-order. Again these will be served as room service
A drinks menu is also available for rooms service throughout your stay.
For guests staying up to 3 nights we will not be offering daily housekeeping. Refills of tea and coffee etc will be available on request. Disinfectant wipes will provided in the room and we will of course be on hand if there is anything you need.
For guests staying more than 3 nights we will discuss housekeeping needs on an individual basis.
When changing over rooms a buffer period of 24 hours will be allowed before a cleaner enters the space and enhanced cleaning measures will then be followed to ensure the room is clean and safe for the next guest.
Visitors to the site are prohibited without prior agreement.
We will do our best to ensure that we can welcome guests visitors but to protect all of our guests we need to ensure we have contact details of all individuals on site and we need to make sure that they can visit safely and social distancing can be maintained.
We have made efforts to minimise contact as much as possible. And, as we have a large site we feel it is possible to maintain 2m social distancing in most circumstances. We ask guests and visitors to respect this whilst they are with us.
There will be signage throughout the site to remind guests of government guidelines on social distancing and hand washing rules.
If you develop symptoms, have been in contact with someone with symptoms or have been told to self isolate for any other reason you will not be able to stay. If you let us know more than 48hours before you will recieve a full refund, within the 48 hour period we will issue a voucher for the deposit paid.
If you develop symptoms whilst you are here you should notify us as soon as possible and (as per government guidelines) return home to self isolate.

Please continue to practice frequent hand washing for at least 20 seconds (with soap and hot water) throughout your stay. Hand sanitiser is also available.
Rule of 6
Where permitted your group should consist of no more than 6 people.
If you are travelling with others or have visitors on site please let us know so this can be managed safely.
Staff will be wearing face coverings for meeting you and bringing around breakfast etc. If this causes you any difficulty please let us know and we will do all we can to make adjustments.
As each room has its own entrance and there are no communal corridors guests are not, at present, required to wear face-masks on site unless entering the main building. However you are free to do so if you wish to.
Help and Questions
We are a family run business and we do live on site so we will always be around to say hello (from a safe distance), help and answer questions both before and during your stay. You are welcome to call, email or message us (we are on Facebook messenger, instagram messenger and whatsapp) both before and during your stay.
